Helping Low Income Debtors Achieve a Fresh Financial Start
Overwhelming debt harms your financial, physical and mental health. Although bankruptcy laws provide relief for debtors who can no longer pay their creditors, this relief is often out of reach for the people who need it the most. Debtors who are unable to afford legal representation and the costs associated with filing bankruptcy will likely fall deeper into debt even while diverting their limited resources from more productive uses to meet their repayment burden.

Western New York Law Center provides Chapter 7 bankruptcy services to low-income individuals. Chapter 7 is the most efficient and cost-effective bankruptcy to discharge your debts.
