Western New York Law Center provides Chapter 7 bankruptcy services to low-income individuals. Chapter 7 is the most efficient and cost-effective bankruptcy to discharge your debts. Chapter 7 requires that a debtor give up property which exceeds certain limits called ‘exemptions.’ The property then can be sold to satisfy creditors.
