AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT/504 CASES |
| This is an attempt to present a selected digest of
cases. It is not all inclusive. In many cases there
may be a split between the circuits. In other instances the cases may no longer be
law based upon subsequent decisions in that circuit or the Supreme Court. Our
synopsis is necessarily limited to the major holding of the case as best we can discern it
and is often a pasted copy of the court's synopsis or conclusion. Many of these
decisions contain detailed analysis of that particular circuit's interpretation of the
ADA/504. It is, therefore, advisable to read as many of your circuit's decisions as
possible to get an understanding of how your circuit views the law. We
therefore, merely provide a listing of selected cases and when available link that case
directly to the decision through Findlaw.
