358-5.7 Who may be present at the fair hearing.
The following persons may be present at a fair hearing:
(a) the appellant who has requested the fair hearing; and
(b) the appellant's representative; and
(c) counsel or other representatives of the social services agency; and
(d) witnesses of either party and any who may be called by the hearing
officer; and
(e) an interpreter; and
(f) any other person admitted at the hearing officer's discretion, with
the consent of the appellant.
